Hi Friends 👋🏽

Thank you so much for your trust and active support in the launch of Unbreakable: 16 weeks to 13.1. I am SO STOKED that you have committed to such an incredible goal + are ready to crush your goals.

I ran my first half marathon in 2015 - I was a student at the University of Washington, all-while working three jobs, pulling 3-4 all-nighters a week, and just barely getting by on protein bars, frozen organic meals, and sugar-free vanilla Americanos. In this (extremely) tumultuous time in my life, I picked up running out of the desire to escape the reality that was my life. In escaping, I found home - I found peace, solitude, and solace in allowing my body to move freely, and to RUN.

In my first half marathon prep, I learned how to push through perceived limits + choose discipline instead of excuses. I knew that the time I carved out for my training, was truly for me - and wasn’t something I could compromise on.

I know this program will provide you with the tools you need to succeed in your half marathon - but the tools only work if YOU DO. Find your groove, take this slow build intentionally, and keep note of how your mind and body adjust to this type of training. I am cheering you on + again, welcome to the Unbreakable Run Crew. I am so glad you’re here!
